Areas of Practice

· Assist clients in various daily operational legal affairs as their retainer lawyer, including but not limited to human resources related matter, personal injury cases, sales and purchase contract and other operational contracts review and etc.;

· Assist clients in coordination and attend negotiation with the PRC authorities in charge of trade union, social insurance, land planning, taxation, foreign economy and trade, foreign exchange, administration for industry and commerce etc.;

· Assist clients in solving various labor disputes, trade and land title disputes by means of negotiation, mediation and litigation/arbitration;

· Advise on securities transaction, including the issue and listing of shares in China as well as in Singapore and Hongkong;
